[GNC] Need income and expense report for all customers with account breakout

> recently noticed that on the Reports menu there is a heading Experimental

It gave me this:



This is a good start, but the columns for each customer (Especially look at
the Interest Income) are not
together.



If I have 100 customers, it is going to get messy to collect the
information together for each customer
if the columns are not together.



I think I need to work on two custom reports:

   1. Profit and Loss by Customer
   2. Balance Sheet by Customer
