[GNC] Clearing Save Filter checkbox doesn't work for me

Hi Keith,

I suppose your expectation is incorrect.

When we tell GnuCash to not save a filter and there is an existing saved 
filter for the register, GnuCash will remove the saved filter when the 
file is closed (restoring the default filter settings for the register). 
  This can be confirmed by viewing the gcm file.  The committed filter 
changes will persist for the session.

To maintain an existing saved filter for a register, I suggest not 
committing session specific filter changes (not selecting OK on the 
"Filter by..." window).  This is consistent with the filter behavior on 
the "Accounts" tab.
