[GNC] Any Simpler Way to Schedule Irregular Estimated Tax Payments?

If your scheduled transaction handles both Federal and state tax, be
sure to use one variable for the Federal amount and a different variable
for the state amount. When the scheduled transaction fires, you'll be
prompted for both.
