[GNC] GnuCash with MariaDB on Windows.

I tried it (with MariaDB) about a year ago and there was an issue with 
the sqli file (mysqli?), but John fixed that and my tests then 
succeeded. However, I never implemented it production. You can probably 
find the discussion with a search through the archives (or the bug 
tracker?).

I don't remember having to do anything besides a standard install and 
setup as per the documentation, but my memory for such things is 
becoming worse and worse.
