[GNC] Location of reports files

Stan,

The title bar could work also.  I made the suggestion in Bugzilla for 
the Help->About window simply because that's where the paths are listed 
currently for GNC_USERDATA_DIR and GNC_USERCONFIG_DIR. And I figured 
programmatically it would be easier to just add an additional line 
there.  But the title bar would be fine also.  I don't think it matters 
as long as it's clear and easy for the user to find -- especially newer 
users who might not know about that "hover" trick.  Maybe go and add a 
comment to my Bugzilla entry with your title bar recommendation.
