[GNC] Other software

If the software has been under regular and active development for more than 12 months and is open source with an appropriate license, then that might reasonably limit the discussions.
Liz didn't place much in terms of limits to the other software, but the biggest issue I see is self-promotion.
The problem I was experiencing in other forums was that someone would spend about 10 minutes with AI, and then post something like, "Look at this great tool I made." After some time, all the "great tools" began to look the same. Yes, of course there were differences, but the posts/tools all looked the same to me. Near the end, about 50% of the posts were of this nature.
