[GNC] "Travel" vs. "Public Transportation"

My solution was to split all my expenses into 3 main (top level) 
categories: discretionary, fixed and variable.  Vacation travel falls 
under the discretionary master category, and regular travel falls under 
recurring.  so I can have a good handle on where cost cutting has to 
begin :)
