[GNC] "Travel" vs. "Public Transportation"

It is not prudent to attempt to track everything, so you must make a determination as to what information will have future benefit to you. Some of that information will cost more than the benefit. In the case of this public transportation discussion, it's probably going to be difficult to show a future benefit.

This is formalized with the "cost constraint," which requires justification for accounting decisions.
