[GNC] Error messages

Hi, Michael,

I had a similar (but can't remember the error message) problem some time 
ago loading 5.14. The solution, kindly provided by Maf King,  was "the 
fix is to manually delete the GC *PROGRAM* folder at c:/program 
files(x86)/gnucash and then install the new version"
