[GNC] How do I print a transaction register

OK.

What accounts did you pick on the Accounts tab?
Any changes on the Currency tab?
Any non-default changes to the Display tab?
Anything on the Filter tab?
Any changes on the General tab other than Start/End date?  What dates 
did you pick?
What non-default values did you make on the Sorting tab?

What happened to step 8 & 9?
