[GNC] How to widen the 'Account' column when entering transactions

Ah, Maf - "technically" you are correct, sir. What you say is all very
true. BUT.....

If I WANT blank space, I can have it. I can place content in column A
and then R. And in between I can have as much blank space as I want.
And unless I fill all million or so columns, I will always have "space"
on the right side (they are just empty columns). Seems to me in GnuCash
- I can NEVER have space on the left or the right side. Instead, all the
blank space goes to the Description field (in the middle) - AND I CANNOT
STOP THAT. Excel would never widen one of my fields -- it would just
ADD extra blank columns to the right.

Additionally, and you probably know this, if you turn off gridlines
(which you have the option to ALWAYS do) - you have ALL the "blank
space" you want on the right, to the left, or in the middle.

Ergo - You just also made the point for me in how it is different from
spreadsheet behavior. Again - I don't want to belabor the point - but
GNUCash is NOT spreadsheet behavior. We should just point to the
already documented behavior and then we won't misguide anyone who thinks
they can make the columns act like a spreadsheet - when they cannot.

Ken
