[GNC] Finance::Quote Interim Release v1.68_02

Greetings,

I have pushed Finance::Quote interim release v1.68_02 to CPAN.

Changes since 1.68:

* Sinvestor.pm - trim whitespace before parsing date and price

* XETRA.pm: trim whitespace from date-time before extracting the actual 
date value. PR #557

* Modified Stooq.pm to send cookies. Stooq requires European visitors to 
their website to accept cookies. Cookies are set using JavaScript. 
Current version of module hard codes these cookies gleaned from a 
browser session.

* Added CurrencyRates/TwelveData.pm.

Not an official release it can be installed via:

     cpan BPSCHUCK/Finance-Quote-1.68_02.tar.gz

or

     cpanm Finance-Quote-1.68_02.tar.gz
