[GNC] How to widen the 'Account' column when entering transactions

I no longer have a computer with Excel, but as I recall, double click
the small vertical divider line between columns (e.g., between "B" and
"C")--not the center of the header.  (I don't remember if double
clicking the divider deeper in the spreadsheet also works.)
