[GNC] it's a bit quiet on here

Nightly builds only happen when there's actually a code update.
Nobody has pushed a code update in a couple of days.
Keep in mind, this is a volunteer team of developers.  Nobody is paid to
work on GnuCash.  So sometimes there isn't new code every day.
