[GNC] Moving GnuCash data file

Yes that is why. If the data file is in a OneDrive folder the
configuartion and preference information will be on the PC in the users
home directory. The OneDrive directory on the PC is synced to the
OneDrive server so it is not the same as moving from one PC to a
completely separate PC.
