[GNC] import multiplying by 100.

I found it.  My own fault as so often is the case. I left on the import screen the money option at the default I found there: 'locale'  I think it was.  There's two others will drop down when  I try.  One does comma, dot, the other the reverse:  1,000.00  or 1.000,00i picked the right one and all is good now.  :)
