[GNC] Change to The Since Last Run Screen

Actually, I'm curious about that column too.  In the GnuCash manual, 
section 8.2 for the "Since Last Run" Assistant says that "you can see 
three columns".  But it only documents two of those columns -- 
"Transaction" and "State" (which apparently got changed at some point to 
"Status").  There's no info in that section 8.2 about the third column 
that it mentions, or even what its name is.  Is there any documentation 
about what is supposed to be displayed in that third column?
