[GNC] Cashdera 0.2.0 release

No one is being fooled.

Cashdera is free to download, free to install, and free to use. Its 
analytics features are free to use.

I am not claiming that “free to use” is the same as FOSS. I am only 
correcting the false implication that Cashdera is a paid product.
