[GNC] How to count transactions for time period

The wording is: "There will be multiple rows for each transaction with each row representing one split."

The only time a "transaction" appears on a single line, and this term "transaction" is a bit of a challenge here, is when the "transaction" is only a memo entry [zero value and only one account, and thus the difficulty with the word "transaction," but the memo entries do export].

Since there is one line for each split, count the unique transaction IDs for the transaction count.
