[GNC] Interim Finance::Quote Release

Greetings,

I uploaded an interim release, v1.69_01, to CPAN with a couple changes.

Unfortunately Euronext (methods euronext and aex) has implemented 
methodology that prevents web scraping. The AEX.pm module has been 
removed from Finance::Quote.

Two new currency modules have been added. UniRate 
(https://unirateapi.com/) which requires an API Key. Their free tier 
allows 200 requests per day. Another new currency module is Frankfurter 
(https://frankfurter.dev/). No API Key is required.

To use either one, set the environment variable FQ_CURRENCY to "UniRate" 
or "Frankfurter" before executing GnuCash.

Since it's not a production release install using "cpan 
BPSCHUCK/Finance-Quote-1.69_01.tar.gz".
