[GNC] Upgrade to Ubuntu 26.04

Just a heads up for any GnC user who is jumping on the Ubuntu 26.04 
upgrade.  This upgrade appears to have a rather aggressive clean-up of 
"unused" packages.

I had to reinstall the following packages in order to do a successful 
compile of GnC after the upgrade:

    libglib2.0-dev
    libwebkit2tkg-4.1-dev
    libsecret-1-0
    libsecret-1-dev
    libboost-all-dev
