[GNC] Zero value for non-zero shares

OS: Fedora Linux 44
GnuCash: 5.14

In both the main Accounts tab and a Balance Sheet report,
two of my investments in 2 stocks show the correct number
of shares, but the value is zero. These are invested
using Colombia Pesos (COP). My home currency is USD.
The parent of these 2 investments is an Asset account
in COP. In the Accounts tab, the Total column shows
the correct sum of COP of the 2 stocks. However,
the Total(USD) column shows $0.00. Another COP
investment Asset shows both correct COP and correct USD.

The same results also show in Present and Present(USD) columns.

I have looked at the Tools: Price Database for
COP to USD and USD to COP. I do not see any zeros.

I have looked at the prices for the 2 stocks and
there are no zeros.

I have done Actions: Check&Repair: Check&Repair All
That made no difference.

The same results happen for GnuCash 5.11 on Fedora Linux 40
The same results happen for GnuCash 5.5 on Fedora Linux 38
