While your point is well taken, I will be preparing a tax return.

I did use a descriptive Subject, so if another subscriber hasn't encountered 
the issue of the need to treat reimbursements and rebates as recoveries, he 
can skip the entire thread.

But I've now run into the issue twice in less than two months.
