Thanks, Pedro.  If anyone wants to see this setting in action set it to 
max (50 here) and (for e.g.) hover over a slice of a pie chart, you 
might need to restart for it to take effect.

Having seen what it does the tooltip text is clumsy but descriptive.  
How about just getting rid of the second sentence altogether?
