[GNC] Excessive Quote Lookups

I'm looking at the statistics for Finance::Quote usage for last month. I 
came across a surprising statistic where a single IP has utilized the 
yahoo_json method over 300,000 times in August. That is approximately 
10K uses of yahoo_json per day!


I would just like to warn, that this is an example of excessive usage 
that could lead to Yahoo making changes that minimize or prevent tools 
like F::Q to be able to scrape securities price data.
