[GNC] Excessive Quote Lookups

For day trading, I recommend they look at Alpaca rather than abusing YahooJSON ... it is the go to platform for APIs if relishing on it is the thrill. You'll also be able to execute paper and live trades there.

Sounds like someone is playing a day trading game.

I'll divide by 20, but there were 21 NYSE trading days in August. Maybe they took a day or two off, or something.

So 300k divided by 20 = 15k requests per day on average, which we can start to guess some sort of division of that.

Maybe the person is requesting 100 different quotes 150 times a day, and with some nice assumptions about the trading hours, we're getting many requests for those 100 different quotes per hour.

Based on the types of messages here, please place my bet that sort of request level is no one associated with this GnuCash list.
