[GNC] Problem to update from 5.11 to 5.12 on Windows 11

I think it would be better here to mention the specific folder to delete. "The GnuCash directory" could very easily be interpreted to mean the user's data folder, which would be rather catastrophic for their accounting, not to mention unproductive at solving the underlying problem. 

The folder to delete is C:\Program files (x86)\GnuCash, I believe.
