Congratulation to your first contribution

I have a few notes:

1. Subsections are marked in wikimedia-wiki as === Title === where the number of framing equal signs is the level.
2. The Edit window has a preview button. You should use it before saving. ;-)
3. You should also fill the summary field. It helps us later to find changes faster.
4. We mark filenames etc. usually with <tt>settings.ini</tt>: settings.ini
5. The abstract of the page links Configuration Locations which tries to explain the variations of
   1. for one or all users,
   2. for one or all GTK applications
   3. using GTK2 or GTK3
   4. depending on the operating system.

   So we should avoid explicit pathes here. Else we have to maintain a table of currently 32 variations. I replaced it by a link to the section in the configuration location page—like in other sections
