incorrect severity

The desire to paste a transaction into the scheduled transactions
window is an enhancement request.

But there is a minor bug also: the right-click menu offers a "paste"
option in this context.  It shouldn't offer that option when the
actual functionality doesn't exist.  So can the severity of this bug
be increased to "trivial" or "minor"?
