[Gnucash-nl] export transactions with Simple Layout

Dear gnucash team,

I'm using this software for few years and am very happy with it. However,
since updating to 5.3 I am not able anymore to export ALL (sub)accounts to
CSV. It only exports a few accounts.
Could you please help me in solving this problem?
