Inaccurate Report

Two problems.-- gnucash 1.6.1
Most serious.--- The Balance sheet report provides incorrect values for
some accounts.  These values do not agree with either the main account
values or that provided by the Portfolio account.


Second problem.  At least the Balance Sheet report does not print all
field on US Letter size paper.
These appear to be bugs rather than cockpit problems and even if the
latter, then more checks are needed in the configuration wizards. 
Allowing inaccurate financial data could lead to disaster.
