Feeding the Cash in Wallet Account from the ATM Account

I have a top level account called CASH and just withdraw from another 
Asset Account to CASH and then when I spend cash for a purchase I'll 
enter the appropriate expense account. I can't say too much about the 
"In The Mattress Account" as I have a waterbed,,, need I say more.... ;-)
