gnucash2 altering data file?

2.0.0 will fix file-encoding issues that 1.8.x was able to produce. As
well, we'll emit more thorough xml namespace decls.  Otherwise, the file
format is the same, modulo new-in-2.0 features like budgeting.  That
file is still usable with 1.8.12.
