gnucash data storage

GnuCash remembers the location of your datafile by using GConf.
This stores its state under $HOME/.gconf (or .gconfd), where
$HOME varies from system to system.  On my Linux box it is
/home/warlord, but on Windows it's probably under your
Documents & Settings folder for your particular user.
