Printing Issue

Hi All,

When I print an invoice the first line appears in bold print: 
"Invoice #XXXX"

On my printer the document comes out with the top third of this line
missing.  All other documents print well, so I don't think it is an
issue with my printer.

Is there an easy way that I can add a extra blank horizontal line to the
top of an invoice, or some other way I can fix this?
