[Bulk] Tax calculations are inaccurate in Bills

Sounds like a rounding error.

You could try setting the decimal places to 3 (Edit > Preferences > 
general > and see if that helps, or at least shows where the error is 
being generated, but in the end, you may just have live with it and 
write off the occasional $.01 balance.

Just my $.02 Cdn.
