We did it - at least partial in

One could subsume this as rounding errors, which can have several reasons:

traditional "round half away from zero" and IEEE's "round half to even".
Are there governmental rules, which should be used like European Commission

So for a short time there was som wrong rounding, which should be fixed since
2.3.16.
The next question is in Bug 504954 - Where and how should the rounding happen
in invoices with VAT? This bug is still open as nobody had time to work on
it.
