New to GnuCash

Thank you both, I didn't realize that GC locks out users when another has it
open, but there will only be a few of us that use it, we'll just have to
make sure that when we are done we close it so the other can use it,
which shouldn't be too bad, my main line of work is not accounting :)  All
though some days it doesn't feel that way.

I appreciate the help and quick response.
