I've unpacked the gnucash 2.4.11.tar.bz2, but I can't get ./configure to run because I get the message "The intltool scripts were not found. Please install intltool." I can see the following files listed under the directory gnucash-2.4.11: intltool-extract.in, intltool-merge.in, and intltoool-update.in. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

To build GnuCash from source you need to install all the
build-dependencies (see README.dependencies). But why not just install
the pre-built GnuCash package for your distribution?
