main accounts window

Click on View > Filter By and make sure all the account types are
selected.  If not that then look on the Other tab on that dialog and
select those options to see if it then appears.  If selecting Show
Hidden Accounts makes it appear then somehow the account has been made
hidden, so edit the account details and make it not hidden.
