Account Structure for a Medical / Physician / Primary Care Office

Thanks Mark,

Your suggestion has gotten me a bit closer to my goal of a Structure of
Accounts for a solo medical practice.

Additionally the web search had led me to other useful sources (samples of
forms) that I will need in the future.
