Direct deposit

Only if you're in Germany and can use HBCI (or it's successor).  In the
US, the only protocol that might allow it would be OFX Direct Connect,
but there is no open standard or test systems available to get that
working in an open source environment, so nothing but Quicken and Money
support it.
