gtkhtml strangeness

It may be that helix code is only providing the packages needed to run
evolution (i.e., the binaries), rather than providing all of the
development versions as well. In that case, you may need to install
gtkhtml from source.

Source is available from the helix code site, as well as in the
lib directory of CVS.
