List is getting busy

Hi,

The volume of mail on the gnucash-devel list has doubled or tripled
since the release of 1.4. The bulk of the increase seems to be people
requesting help with installation issues. Perhaps it's time to create a
new list, called gnucash-help, for these kinds of messages. This would
leave gnucash-devel for discussing design and new features related to
development.

Of course, the proper fix for this problem is for some brave soul to
write an installer package to make the installation painless :-)
