Reconciliation in 1.4.3, and other issues

Do the reconciliation by hand.  It doesn't take long.  You can just
use the space bar and the down arrow in the reconcile window and be
done with years of transactions in a few minutes.

This should be fixed, but hopefully this will work for you in the
meantime.
