Since I just finished a rather complete german translation of the current 
CVS, I noticed some inconsistencies: The Report Title, that is, the name 
that is shown in the left tabbing column of the main window, doesn't get 
translated. Also, the Report title shown as first option on the "General" 
tab in the parameter dialog is not translated.

Also, I'm a bit confused about when option tooltips are displayed. When do 
the tooltips for the account selection, and when the ones for the date 
selection, get displayed? So far I don't see them at all.
