Balancing is a "normal" (real or perceived) task.  The Operation 
formerly known as "scrub" sounds like it is intended to perform
??? decidedly -not- normal.  "Check & Fix" sounds good, although
I'm more partial to "Check & Repair".

This feature may make a good candidate for scheduled (think cron)
execution.  (Yes, I am a scatterbrain).

PS - The one true term would be "dbcc" :)
