Location of gnucash .po's ???

The canonical po's are still in our tree, after all those are the ones
that will actually get used. The extra-po directory in the gnome cvs was
added by the gnome translation teams. That directory is used for 
popular projects that aren't in gnome cvs. It makes it easier for
the gnome translation teams to work on them.

Christian Stimming has been updating/keeping tabs on that directory
and I think he is pretty diligent about putting new translations back
into our cvs. (thanks Christian).
