Euro conversion druid -- please test it extensively now

Okay, this thing is up and running now. The "Euro conversion" can be found 
under the 'Account' menu -- oops, that menu appears only if you view an 
account hierarchy window. Maybe "Tools" or even "File" is a much better 
submenu for that.

Please test the Euro conversion extensively and let me know if anything goes 
wrong. 

Again, please keep in mind that due to limited coding resources this druid 
should be as simple as possible. Thus it should work for the common case, but 
the non-common case can happily be left to the user -- especially since this 
druid is needed only once.

Dave, could you please schedule a new stable release within the next week or 
so? I think all the users within Europe would be *really* pleased to hear 
that they eventually can get a conversion tool...
