QIF Import fails out of CVS

There are some problems with the CVS version of the QIF importer; I've
been changing a lot of stuff and broke some things.  There's a patch
going in in a couple of hours that fixes this.  I saw this problem,
too, and it's gone in my sources :) but I forgot exactly what it was.
